There are 2 bathrooms for the guest and and full kitchen equipped with all necessities. Coin operated laundry is on site, in the buildings nearby that we own. Guests have full access to their private bedroom and all listed amenities, including the shared kitchen area where the triple-filtered water dispenser and daily coffee station are located. Parking is available at a first come first serve basis. We provide the following ammenities for all of our guests: IN ROOM 1a) Bedding- bathrobe, fitted cotton sheets, flat sheet, duvet with a duvet cover 1b) Mini fridge, desk, space to hang clothing. 1c) Hygene neccesities- Towel, bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, COMMON AREAS 2) Bathrooms- **THERE ARE 2 BATHROOMS LOCATED AT EITHER END THE HALLWAY YOU CAN USE EITHER**-- toilet, bath shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash hair dryer 3) KITCHEN- Stove, Full size refridgerator oven, toaster, filtered water that is cold or hot, coffee, creamer coffee maker, plates and cups, 4a) HALLWAY Iron, Ironing board, 4b) Hair dryer located in the bathroom We balance your privacy with readily available support. Our team is available onsite from Sunday to Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM). Remote assistance is fully available for anything you need from 10:00 AM until midnight.
