PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE BOOKING. Welcome to one of our prestigious stays with spectacular ocean/Pool views! The Condo has a Large one bedroom unit in the Icon tower on the 47th floor. Located in the heart of Brickell and 8 Minutes to South Beach. **Only 2 adults may register for amenities; minors under 18 are excluded from the count. Starting late June, balconies will have safety nets and the pool will be open Friday–Sunday ONLY, due to scheduled building maintenance. Guests must submit a picture of a valid ID (License, Passport, Gov't Issued ID) in order to be able to check in. Please note this is a required step in the registration process. Guests who do not submit IDs would not be able to check in. We will personally meet you in the lobby for check in. Please inform us of your ETA ahead of time so we can coordinate to meet you at that time. Our regular check in time is between 3:00pm-10:00pm *In case a check-in after 10:00 PM needs to be arranged, a $50 fee in-cash will apply. Guests must be checked out by 11:00am. Many transportation options are available from the apartment You will be within (short) walking distance from the Metro Mover and Miami Trolley. Both are completely free. The free Brickell trolley stops in front of the Icon. The complex has valet parking service at $50 per day without in & out privileges. We have spaces for rent in the garage next building over. Please check availability. The place has one queen bed in the bedroom and a couch to sleep on the living room. Also foldable bed in the closet *** If a late check out is needed please request it with anticipation. If the guest does not complete the check out by 11:30am a $100 fee will apply. If the guest is not checked out by 1:00pm a full nightly rate will be charged. As we have multiple check ins/outs in the same day we appreciate your understanding.
