"Breathtaking ocean and city views from this Penthouse apartment in the heart of Miami Brickell. This luxury apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (sleeps up to 9) + amazing balcony. Fully equipped with lines, towels, kitchen supplies, washer + dryer, WiFi +Amenities: jacuzzi, two pools, BBQ , huge Gym, Game room with pool tables. Walking distance from stores, CVS, 7-11, Mall, restaurants, shops, night-clubs, Free Metro-mover and just a short Uber ride to Sought Beach and many attractions. King size bed in the 1st bedroom and 2 queen size beds in the 2nd bedroom. Each have their bathroom so total of 2 bathrooms with a shower bath combination. living room sofa sleeps 2 more and we have a folding couch that opens to a bed for 1 single guest. Dining room table and full kitchen equipped with dishes cups and pots and pans to cook meals. Balcony has a nice hammock and a few chairs to see the sunset and sunrise and the amazing ocean and bay blue water, and at nighttime the amazing city lights! What a view! We supply coffee pods sugar and creamers, shampoo conditioner and body wash, 2 towels for each guest, washer and dryer if you need to use. Our building has 2 pools, one heated, jacuzzi, game room with a pool table and air hockey machine, kids room, a huge gym with the best equipment and free weight room, Wi-Fi in the pool area and fast internet inside the condo. We love to host and we have been Super Hosts from day 1 for 13 years. There are no parties, smoking, vaping, excessive noise, loud music or inappropriate behavior allowed in the condo or common areas. No drug or marijuana use in the unit or the building. Minors must be accompanied by adults at all times and may not be left alone in the unit. In the event these rules are not observed, security reserves the right to terminate your stay immediately and escort you off premises without ability to return. If you are asked to leave the building YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND for your booking. You will also be responsible for any penalties and fees that the owner of the unit may incur. We understand that these rules may be a lot, but it's really straight forward - just be respectful, treat our condo like your own and you will love your stay here and enjoy every moment.
