Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This amazingly remodeled Villa is beautiful and comfortable. The pool area is amazing, with plenty of sun, a covered entertaining area and barbecue area. Sunbathe in one of the lounges while the rest of the family watches sports in the pergola over watching the pool while the kids swim! This house is located in a family oriented and quiet neighborhood, 8 minutes to Aventura mall, 15 minutes to FLL Airport and 12 minutes to the beaches Our Mission is to provide you with the best Vacation Rental Experience for you and your guests, no matter what you are in town for! We include great amenities for families, business travelers, groups of friends, etc. This house is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, because of that, hour quiet hours begin at 10pm. The rooms are set up like this: Master suite has One King size Bed Bedroom # 2 has One Queen size Bed Bedroom # 3 has One Queen size Bed and One Day bed that converts into a Queen size bed. For your convenience, we provide the following: Clean sheets, Clean blankets, Clean towels and pool towels *4 toilet paper rolls *1 paper towel roll * Dishwasher soap * Hand Soap *Mini Shampoo, Mini Conditioner *4 trash bags -Hair dryer -Iron and Ironing Board *We don't replenish any of the items that we provide, so we ask the guests, to replenish themselves in case they need more (there's a Winn-Dixie 2 blocks away) We also provide WIFI and all of our TVs are smart TVs (we do not have cable TV) GRILL -We provide a gas grill, but the guests are responsible for cleaning it before using and if you run out of gas, you can just take it to Winn Dixie and exchange for a full one (Save your receipt and we'll reimburse you for that). -We also provide a smaller, charcoal grill. But guests are responsible for buying the charcoal and cleaning before using it as well.(We don't reimburse for that) POOL -We'll clean the pool for your arrival, and our pool guy also goes once a week. The day and time varies, so unfortunately we don't have an exact time for when he comes. He doesn't go inside the house at all, just to the pool. It only takes him 15 minutes to clean and we ask the guests to allow him to do his job and not ask him to come back another day/time, or you could be charged $100 for him to come back. -If leaves fall inside the pool after you've checked in, you can use the skimmer to pick them up. Unfortunately, we cannot come everyday to clean the pool, but you'll have a clean pool upon your arrival LAWN -Our Lawn guys come twice a month and we will avoid having them when we have guests staying at the property. CAMERAS -We have a Ring Camera at the door for security, please don't temper with it. The ring button won't ring inside the house and we just use it to communicate with guests. The cameras around the pool aren't monitored at any time unless an incident happens, and we have to check. Please remember that all hotels have the same cameras and the cameras are just for security. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE. If we find out that a guest has setup a hidden camera we will call the cops and prosecute. The house also has a security system that is deactivated every time a new guest checks in. CARBON MONOXIDE -We have a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detectors around the house NO PARTIES RULE -We absolutely don't allow parties or loud noises after 10pm. If you are here for that, We suggest you look for another property. (in case there's an unapproved event, we reserve the right to evict the guests without reimbursement) -There's parking for 2 cars -No extra guests without hosts approval -No parking on the grass please General Rules -We ask guests not to bring glass to the pool area, so you don't risk getting cut by it. We provide plastic cups for that -Green trash can outside is for organic trash and it should be placed by the curb with the opening facing the street Wednesdays at night and Mondays at night for next day pick up. The blue can is for recycling and we take care of that one. -Check in is anytime after 4 pm, using our Smart Lock. -Check out is at 12 noon. (please make sure to lock all doors before that) -Guests are responsible for all contents inside the house and in the pool area. If you break anything, please let us know, no matter how small the item is, so we can replace it. -No smoking allowed ( we may charge $500 if we notice that the guests smoked inside the house. Smoking in the pool area is allowed. But please pick up the cigarette butts and place them in the ashtray. -Please do not move the furniture inside the house -Please do not come into the house wet from the pool or you can fall -Please do not hang out in front of the house, feel free to do so in the pool area, especially late at night (we've had complaints about this so that's why we have to ask guests to be respectful with the neighbors) -Please keep all door and windows close when not entering/exiting so that the A/C can work without issues and to prevent bugs from coming in -Do not use charcoal in the gas grill please -Please keep the TV outside covered when not in use -Please remember to lock doors and windows when checking out -Feel free to use everything you find in the pantry and in the refrigerator -Please keep the umbrella outside closed when not in use -By booking this house, you and your guests accept all of our rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this house. Guests have access to the whole house EXCEPT THE GARAGE. Feel free to park on the driveway All the interaction is done by text/phone. We prefer texting, but in case of an emergency, you can call us.
