Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms in the unit, and both have 55-inch TVs, Roku TV, Prime apps, Netflix apps, etc. There are extra pillows and blackout curtains for your comfort. Living Room The living room is equipped with a 75-inch smart TV offering live television, Roku, Netflix, and other free and paid streaming apps. There is a sleeper sofa to accommodate additional sleeping needs. Kitchen The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a keurig coffee maker, pots & pans, toaster, all utensils, cups, and plates needed for your stay. Bathroom The bathroom has a stand-up shower along with other amenities, including a hair dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and toiletries for the guest Patio The back patio features a sitting area and TV where guests can root for their favorite team or just sit back and relax and enjoy the Florida weather. There are two doors of entry. there is a lockbox for door 1 with a key, and door 2 has a smart lock. Guest will be provided codes prior to checking in code is changed for every guest Guest can reach the host by phone or via the airbnb app. Text is the preferred method of communication. All messages are to be returned within an hour I do not live far from the property and am normally available for any needs This is a townhouse community established in the 70s. There is a mixture of modern meets rustic. The area has a mix of neighbors. The surrounding area is jam-packed with shops and restaurants. There is even a walmart less than 10 mins away. Guest can walk to the stadium or catch an Uber. Car will be needed for the beach PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY We accept 1 dog per reservation, and the fee is $100.00 per dog/stay.
