Hello from Angie and Sandra. Welcome to our home. Sandra used to work as a housekeeper in hotels, so she knows how to clean professionally. I am a retired teacher enjoying my life to the fullest. We offer a modest room with a private bathroom newly renovated with clean towels and linens fresh out of the washer and dryer. Our reviews speak for itself. The best feature of this location is how close we are to downtown Coral Gables. Many guest stay here for the night before they go on a cruise. We have an uncluttered, very clean room with a queen bed, 2 comfortable chairs, desk and chair if you need it. There is a refrigerator, coffee and tea, TV, wifi and free parking. The new renovated bathroom has body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Also new towels and toiletries. Enjoy. The middle parking in the house is for you. There is a private entrance to the room with a code. Simply walk between the two homes and you will find the door to your wonderful stay. This neighborhood is safe and friendly to all kinds of activities, restaurants, shopping at walking distance. Enjoy the neighborhood park for your exercise needs. Caminar al Lowe’s Hotel is a pleasure. It’s only 5 minutes away. Miracle Mile is 15 minutes away walking. Bus 37 stops 2 blocks away which travels from the airport to the nearest Douglas Metrorail station. The trolley runs on Ponce de Leon which is 5 minutes from the house walking. There is no smoking, vaping or cigar use. No guest are allowed other than the people registered. No pets allowed. This neighborhood is safe and quiet, no loud music or loud noises of any kind. Respectful care of the property and handling of furniture, appliances and Items in the bathroom is greatly appreciated. Only toilet paper gets thrown in the toilet to avoid malfunction.
