Pool is Max 4 adults. Pool will be closed Monday trough Friday and open Saturday to Sunday only. Balconies closed permanently and all views are blocked n Check in time after 4:00pm The parking spaces is only a valet that is separately from us better recommendation use Uber Valet in building prices per hour are starting at $15 per hour I also recommend using Uber when going out as parking in Miami can be expensive and hard to find in some areas. Free Parking is included for stays of at least 30 days. Valet is available at the building if you are staying for a shorter period (Valet charges apply). Valet Rates: 0-1hrs $14 1-4hrs $22 4-10hrs $28 10-24hrs $50 Prices may be subject to change in holidays ***IMPORTANT INFORMATION,PLEASE READ** We are not a hotel we are a vacation apartment. We provide one towel bath per guest and the amenities for the next first two days . In case guest run out of these items there is a convenient store across street Please note: * Pool regulations allow 4 guest amenities cards only, however minors not need card only be accompanied with an adult all the time * Valet and concierge , parking are separate services and not included with the stay and prices start at $20 per hour at the valet downstairs , other options for parking nearby can be reserved at $40per day very close from the building. * Guests will have access to the gym and spa (spa services are charged separately) *The pool is available on weekends ONLY (Saturday and Sunday). During the Week (Monday to Friday) access is not available is closed due to repairs. *The balconies areclosed since November 23 and views will be blocked and may be some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Furniture is not permitted during this period and the building will issue a fine for $3,000 f furniture is outside *Construction workers may be visible during the day and -Noise may occur between 8to 6pm on the exterior *Due to liability the building don't hold any luggage's on the building. There is some companies who provided these like Luggage Hero and Bounce (check for availability). -The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays. -There is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. -Please note: pool hours and availability are managed by the building, not the host. Façade Renovations & View Obstruction -The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year -Balconies are closed and cannot be used -Views from the unit will be blocked Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views Parking: Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges).
