What you should think about: CLASSIC BUILDING - This is an older classic Urban building, and all our units are newly remodeled. SPACE - This 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. It’s perfect for 4 guests but can sleep up to 5 guests in a pinch (though it will feel very snug at full capacity). NEXT TO FREEWAY – Although all units have high impact windows to lessen outside noise some sound transmission is unavoidable. CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN - Our building is just minutes from Downtown, with all its excitement and entertainment. - Two Bedroom unit with 1 King Bed/ 2 Single Beds – 1 Soda Bed and Full Kitchen. - Stocked Toiletries including Toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner. - The unit itself has a coin-operated washer & dryer available for use - Electric entertainment selection, including Netflix - Free Parking Onsite. At all times, loud music is prohibited, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - The building does not have an elevator, but it's only 2 floors. - Daily housekeeping is not included. However, we are delighted to send towels and toiletries as needed. - Please be aware that parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited and will result in a $250 fine. We also require you to report any missing or damaged belongings within the first 24 hours of your stay. - Tropical insects are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed and store food appropriately. - There are security cameras in the exterior spaces of the building. We use Airbnb's multi-listing feature, which means that there may be slight variances to the unit layout. Our units are popular and from time to time we may replace a piece of furniture, or it may show normal wear. Please be assured that all, amenities and sleeping accommodations will be the same.

Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
