Every space has been thoughtfully updated with all-new furniture, comfortable mattresses, and bright South Florida style so you can enjoy a stay that feels like a vacation the moment you walk in. The home is packed with entertainment. Inside you’ll find a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition, and outside is your own private backyard oasis. The large patio is perfect for relaxing evenings, featuring cabana loungers, outdoor seating, and a swing bench to unwind after a day out. There’s also a playground area for kids and a private pool where guests can cool off and enjoy the Florida sunshine. For security and liability purposes, there are exterior security cameras located on the back of the house facing the backyard and front of the house. There are no cameras facing the pool and no interior cameras. The pool is not heated. The hose inside the pool is not needed to fill the pool and guests should not run water into the pool. It's perfectly fine if the hose is placed nearby, but please make sure the water is not turned on or left running into the pool. There is a studio adjacent to the home that we rent on Airbnb as well, you will not have access to the studio apartment. The main house and outdoor patio and pool area is completely private for you, but the studio adjacent is a separate listing. Parking is shared.
