LAUNDRY🧺 Washer and dryer in the house (detergent is provided). BEDROOM & BATHROOM DETAILS: ▪️All bedrooms included plenty of pillows, sheets, and blankets. ▪️The bathroom will have plenty of towels (body, face and make up towels), as well as toiletries (shampoo, body wash, and hand soap). ♦️BEDROOM 1: King size bed, Smart TV, large closet. ♦️BEDROOM 2: Queen size bed, 2 queen bed bunks and Smart TV. ♦️ In the living room ( Sofa bed ) POOL:⛱️ Enjoy our pool area as you jump into our pool full of exotic floaties, we have wings floaties for the little ones as well. You can also relax in the shade sitting on the pool chairs while having a Margarita and enjoying Miami’s hot weather. Entire space, guests will have access to the whole house. The House is a DUPLEX, you will have the entire house for yourself except the parking on the left side of the driveway since we have a separate studio unit with its own private entrance. (They only have access to the studio not the house). Make sure you and your guests park on the designated area as shown in the pictures. Pool. Laundry Area and Patio are private and exclusive to you. Please make yourself at home.☺️ We will send you the door code at your arrival day and we will be assisting you in anything you may need during your stay.🔓 This property is a Duplex, all the amenities on the pictures are totally private except the parking on the right side of the property.⚠️ This is 100% Family business and we put all our efforts and hearts to make our guests experience, the best ever!😊 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! PARKING:🚗🚙🚗 You can park in front of the main entrance of the house. (Right side of the property) Up to 3 cars. One spot on the left side of the driveway will be occupied all times. ( In front of the studio entrance) as shown on the pictures. CHECK-IN:🔓 You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the house is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT:🔒 Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the house ready for next guests. You can always ask the day before if it would be possible to leave later than 11AM, we try to be flexible with guests but everything depends if we are expecting new guests on the same day. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. Always let us know if you need anything else, we will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. BARBECUE:🥩 You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and CLEAN IT after you use it. Extra fee can apply if left dirty. We are not responsible for any accidents occurred by using it. GARBAGE 🚮 Miami-Dade picks up garbage every Monday and Thursday. We've two bins for your convenience – 1 green for regular trash, 1 blue for recycling. If you're around on collection days, please bring any used bins to the front of the driveway and kindly return them afterward. Don't worry if you forget – our cleaning team will handle it after your departure. POOL CLEANING 🛟 Every week our maintenance team will visit the house to make sure everything looks amazing for your stay. Pool maintenance is scheduled once a week between 9AM-12PM. You don’t need to worry as they have a side entrance to the patio. PACKAGES (Amazon, UPS, USPS)📦 We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages delivered to the property.
