You can walk to restaurants and bars in the area. You are in a very central location with main neighborhoods of Miami within 15 minutes drive: Miami/South Beach, Design District, Wynwood, Downtown. The place is perfect for families/groups.
You have the option to rent the beautiful Guest Cottage which adds 1bd/1bath for 2 ppl (100USD/night). If you do not rent it, it may be rented out by other people. However there is a private entrance to the cottage and it has a private terrace as well for the guests.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
