Any fines issued due to guest behavior will be passed on to the guest. ➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot, parking is advised for small SUVs and sedans. Larger vehicles may be difficult to maneuver. ➤ This is a residential building; T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas. ➤ Packages: The concierge is located in the lobby and will only accept packages and mail during your stay. Packages must be under the registered primary guest's name.
