For the safety of our guests and neighbors, the building requires ID verification and guest registration. This is similar to providing your ID to the front desk of a hotel upon checking in. Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
