Please do not park in the left driveway, as it contains a sensitive sewage cleanout pipe. Street parking in front of other homes or gates is strictly prohibited, and violators risk being towed. Our home is professionally treated, but please keep doors closed to keep nature outside where it belongs. Everything is private and not shared with anyone other parties or any other guests during your stay. Once the booking is confirmed, and a couple hours before you arrive to the property, we will provide you with the lockbox code to open the front gate and also the front door code (front door is a digital keypad lock), so you can easily and conveniently enter the property and enjoy one of the most exclusive Airbnb experiences the City of Miami has to offer. Once the booking is confirmed , guests can contact us through the Airbnb app or they can call or text us directly. We are here to accommodate our guests however we can and to answer any questions or concerns that may arise. We are firm proponents of responsiveness and proper communication, and we will always strive to respond to our guests immediately. To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we have installed five security cameras outside: one discreetly integrated into the front doorbell, another overseeing the driveway/street, another capturing the the backyard and gazebo area, another capturing the pool and the fifth capturing our right side entrance from the front to the backyard. All of our cameras are 100% visible and are in public areas and they are motion-sensored, so they only record when they are triggered. We take security and privacy very seriously and always want to ensure our guests are safe, comfortable and happy. **IMPORTANT- please read before booking ** 1. No Smoking inside. Any signs of smoking or any lingering odors inside of the home will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Our designated smoking area is in the backyard or the gazebo. Please use the ashtrays provided. This includes vaping and E-cigarettes. Please note that even vaping devices will set off the fire alarm and we will receive a notification on our phone, so no matter what, we will find out if there was smoking or vaping that occurred inside. 2. Please help us uphold the cleanliness of our rental space throughout your stay. Should excessive mess require our cleaning crew to stay longer or inconvenience future guests, an additional cleaning fee (based on how bad the mess is) will be applied to cover these costs. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Thank you. 3. We enforce a STRICT NO-PARTY RULE, and anyone caught throwing a party or anything resembling a party, which includes: unauthorized guests who weren’t accounted for in the reservation , excessive amounts of alcohol or disruptive levels of noise or music. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Any violations of our no-party rule will immediately result in a cancellation without refund along with the incident (with evidence) being reported to Airbnb as well as local authorities being notified and called to remove people if needed. 4. A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed(no other animals) as long as they weigh less than 20 pounds and we are notified prior to check-in. THERE IS A MANDATORY PET FEE. Failing to notify us of a pet being in the home before booking may result in an automatic cancellation without refund. Please ensure that your pets are potty trained and are always taken outside of front of the home, around the main street where there is grass, to relieve themselves. The entire backyard doesn't have actual grass. It is astroturf, and guests will be fined if there is fecal matter left on the turf. After they do relieve themselves, please pick up any bodily waste and dispose it directly in the larger trash bin. Please note that any damages caused in the property by a pet or any waste left behind from a pet will be evidenced and fines will be charged to guests depending on the extent of the damage or the amount of waste left behind. 5. Please make sure both doors are locked along with all windows when you are leaving the property. Please help us save energy by turning off all the lights and appliances on your way out! 6. For the safety and security of everyone, it's important to note that possession of weapons, vandalism, deliberate damage, or theft on our premises is strictly prohibited. In the event of such actions, additional fees will be charged, and authorities will be notified with your identity details, depending on the severity of the situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests. 7. For safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk of the bunk bed. This is to prevent any risk of injury or falling off. We highly encourage smaller children to sleep on the bottom bunk for their safety and well-being. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our guests safe. 8. There is always a netted safety boundary around the pool with a latch on it. This is to prevent children for falling in, but we still cannot 100% ensure that this will prevent all accidents. We highly encourage adult supervision for all children younger than 16. Please keep all pool toys inside of the pool and never dive into any side of the pool. Also if you would like to use the pool jets, fountain or lights, please reach out and ask us, so we can help. The pool is not heated due to the year-round warm weather Miami blesses us with. 9. While on your exhilarating trip to Miami, we know that you may be celebrating a special occasion of some sort. We are thrilled to have you with us during this occasion and encourage you to celebrate and enjoy yourselves to the fullest, however we kindly ask guests to refrain from using glitter, tape, banners, confetti, or any other decoration that was not originally on the walls. Any evidence of these items left behind will result in additional cleaning fees, including touch-up painting or adhesive removal if required, to be charged to the guest.
