With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a refreshing swimming pool, it's perfect for families or groups. Relax in the cozy living area with a big smart TV or enjoy outdoor lounging by the pool. The house has a central AC (air conditioner). Guests will have private access to the entire house: * 4 Bedrooms with 4 beds: 1 King, 2 queens, and 1 full. * 2 Bathrooms (Master bathroom has 2 wash areas.) * Free fast WIFI access in every room and backyard. * Big TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Roku, Broadcast TV, and much more. * Free Coffee: espresso coffee maker and a regular coffee maker, and two types of coffee: espresso and regular. * Work friendly space: 3 desks, 1 monitor, 2 coffee tables, and 2 office chairs. You can work on the pool side too! * Hair Dryers, shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toothpaste. * Washer & Dryer in garage, iron board in master closet. * Free Parking - 2 cars are permitted on premises, shouldn't block the sidewalk as per local guidelines. It is easy to enter and leave house. It’s two miles to Kendal drive which has lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping centers. 25-45 minutes from MIA Airport/Miami Beach /South Beach/Wynwood/ Brickell/Downtown. Our quiet neighborhood is conveniently located just 2 miles away from 88 Street which offering an array of restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. It's also only 2 miles to Costco. Enjoy a peaceful stay with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. 20 miles to downtown Miami, 25 miles to Miami south beach, 22 miles to Wynwood, 17 miles to Miami international airport, 30 miles to Shark Valley visitor center, 30 miles to Everglades national park south entrance. 146 miles to key west. It’s a 42 years old house. We replaced the carpet with wood floors, remodeled the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. We will do more improvements in the future.
