* Not recommended for guests who want to cook, since there isn't a full-sized kitchen but a small kitchenette with limited counter space. Great for grilling outdoors, since there's a gas grill with propane provided.
The 2-bedroom suite is adjoined to the main house and has its own private entrances, porch, and driveway with space for 2 cars.
The larger front room has:
- 2 beds (single & double)
- Kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven)
- Dining table
- 75" Smart TV
and connects with the back room by a secure lockable door.
The back room has:
- Queen-sized bed
- Bathroom
- Washer & Dryer
Guests have full private access to the two-bedroom suite. Full access to the backyard/pool, which is shared with me and a roommate.

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
