You’ll find all the essentials—cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils—ready for your use. A BBQ grill is provided; propane refills are conveniently available one block away at Publix for about $25.

The villa comfortably sleeps four. The bright, airy bedroom features a plush queen bed (you might just have the best sleep of your life here). In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa adds extra comfort, with fresh linens and pillows provided. The main bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub and shower combo, while a convenient half bath is located downstairs. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and towels are provided for your stay.

The townhouse is entirely yours inside, while the shared outdoor space offers a pool, grill, pool table, lounge chairs, and tables—everything you need to relax and unwind. On the day of check-in, you’ll receive a unique door code through the app, giving you easy and secure access to your home away from home.
We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home during your stay. Typically, we don’t interact with guests unless we’re needed or an issue needs resolving—but rest assured, we’re always just a message away if you need anything.
For added peace of mind, a friendly handyman lives on the property and is available to assist with any maintenance needs. This means that if something does come up, we can usually take care of it promptly, so you can get back to relaxing and enjoying your stay.
The lush, residential village of Miami Shores, developed in the 1920s, is a great bastion of art deco architecture. Bayfront vistas, quaint churches and wide, tree-lined streets are all part of Miami Shores’ small-town charm.

Getting around is easy. All miami hotspots are a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. There is open parking in the back of the building with plenty of spaces. There is also additional free parking located along the street. Additionally if you would like to take public transportation, there is a main bus line right in in front of the property. Only a fifteen minute car ride away to Midtown Miami. 20 minutes drive to Wynwood Walls. Around 6.5 miles from American Airlines Arena. 6.0 miles from Adrienne Arsht Center. Port of Miami is 9 miles away. Lincoln Road 9.5 miles away. Ocean Drive 11 miles away. Bayside Market Place is 6.8 miles away. The Miami international Airport 11 miles away. Brickell is 7.8 miles and 10 mins away from the Beaches.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Late check-out must be approved in advance and may incur a fee. Check-outs after 11:00 AM without approval will be charged for an additional day.
Guest Policy & Occupancy
Maximum of 4 registered guests.
No unregistered visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
Violation of occupancy limits or unauthorized guests will result in a $500 cleaning fee and/or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
Pets
Pets are welcome only if added to the reservation and the $150 pet cleaning fee has been paid.
Smoking
Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
If evidence or odor of smoke (including vaping or other substances) is found indoors, a $300 mitigation fee will be charged.
Noise & Events
No parties, events, or large gatherings of any kind—strictly enforced.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors at all times.
Pool & Outdoor Areas
Pool hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
No glass containers by the pool, and children must always be supervised.
No open flames—candles, fireworks, incense, or bonfires are not permitted.
Cleanliness & Care
Please load or wash dirty dishes before checkout. Extra cleaning will be charged at $80 per hour.
Take out trash on departure day—the bins are located in the back parking lot.
Turn off lights and set the A/C to 78°F when leaving or checking out.
Respect for Property & Neighbors
Treat the home and furnishings with care. Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
No blocking driveways, and please park only in designated areas.
Florida’s Subtropical Environment
While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, Florida’s warm, subtropical climate can sometimes invite a few critters. To help minimize this, please keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
