Pool is heated. In adjacent garden there are coconut palms, bananas and star fruit.
Pool and patio/garden are available for our guests.

My husband, Sig, and I are welcoming. We have lived in Hamburg and have worked and traveled widely, visiting Ukraine, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Italy, France, Switzerland. We live in a lovely, safe, upscale, peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood, characterized by individual family homes with beautifully kept lawns and gardens.
There is a metro rail system that can take you to downtown Miami and from there you can take the Metro Mover to Museum Place where you can visit the new Perez Art Museum Miami, with fantastic view of Miami bay and go to BaySide for events and shopping. To go to Miami Beach and other sites you need to have a car.
For health safety, guests should be vaccinated against COVID-19.
My husband and I have been vaccinated and want everyone to be safe and healthy.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
