Unauthorized events will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the home is not permitted. A fine will be applied if violated. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request only and subject to availability. ➤ Additional charges apply. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee. 🌳 Maintenance & Outdoor Space Jacuzzi Maintenance: The jacuzzi is cleaned every Monday. Please do not sit, stand, or place any heavy objects on the jacuzzi cover. The pool maintenance team accesses the property through the back gate. They have a key to access the back patio of the property. Outdoor Environment: Our outdoor spaces are maintained regularly, but due to natural elements such as falling leaves from surrounding trees, we cannot guarantee a completely leaf-free yard at all times. We appreciate your understanding. 🐜 Insect Precautions Florida's sub-tropical climate may attract bugs and critters. The property is treated regularly by a professional pest control company. Please keep doors closed to help minimize their presence. You may occasionally see a dead bug inside the home—this does not mean the house is infested. It simply means the treatment is working and keeping bugs out, as intended. Guest Responsibilities & Expectations 🧴 Toiletries & Essentials: Please note that toiletries, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and other pantry items are not provided. We recommend bringing anything specific you may need. 🔇 Quiet Hours: We kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors. Parking: Only park in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on grass. Property & Furniture Care: This is a vacation rental property, and while we take great pride in maintaining the furnishings and amenities, please understand that normal wear and tear may occur. Rest assured, the property is well-maintained, and all amenities will remain fully operational for your enjoyment.
