The room is completely independent and is located on the first floor of a corner house, the entrance is independent and you will not have contact with any person. The bathroom is private and is attached to the room. Entry is with a key code door. The location is strategic since you can walk to Walmart, Ross, Target, etc. Dolphin Mall and International Mall, América Mall, FIU University is 5 or 7 minutes by car and the Miami airport is 15 minutes away. Parking available at the registration day. The room has a Queen Bed, smart TV, microwave, mini refrigerator and private bathroom for the guest's exclusive use. Parking available upon arrival. You have many big stores within less than a mile (Cotsco, Burlington, Macys, Marshal, Ross, Ultra, Target, Walmart, etc) and several restaurants, pharmacy and groceries just walking few yards. Guests will only have access to the room and its private bathroom. The room is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance through a hall. Parking spaces are located exclusively to the right of the room entrance. All spaces are painted yellow and have the word "GUEST" printed on them. Parking in numbered white space are reserved for other owners and cannot be used, not even for waiting or standing. To park a car, guests must send a picture of the back plate and Make of the car upon arrival to process the parking permit. Failure to submit the picture will result in their inability to park. For your privacy and ours, you will not have physical contact with us unless be necessary. Neighbours and security guards are not allowed to provide you information about your stay. They know nothing. However if you need to contact us, we will gladly assist you pursuant to the instructions at your arrival. POST SURGERY GUESTS We do NOT accept guests for post-surgery purposes because the room is not prepared for these guests nor do we have the permits to host people post-surgery.
