This property is not an event venue of any kind. If you wish to celebrate a birthday, BBQ, family gathering, etc, please notify the host with honesty and arrangements will can be made.
Parking is only available on the driveway. No parking is allowed on the grass. Please do not rearrange furniture. Pool heater upon request
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
