We offer 3 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a bright living space, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, garage, and a covered patio with a large grassy yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, Miami Zoo, the Everglades, and just 30 minutes from Downtown Miami, it’s an ideal base to explore South Florida. Suggested bed arrangement for 10 guests: - Bedroom 1: King bed (fits 2-3 people) - Bedroom 2: Full daybed + pull-out twin (fits 3 people) - Bedroom 3: Full over full bunk + pull-out twin (fits 5 people) - 1 additional air mattress queen size At Miami Oasis, we combine privacy, comfort, and a strategic location, making it the perfect base to explore Miami, Palmetto Estates, and South Florida. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home from day one. As a guest of the main house, you are welcome to park in the driveway and in the front of the house, which comfortably accommodates up to 5 vehicles jointly. There's also space available on the grass area adjacent to the driveway for additional parking if needed. Please be aware that to the left of the house, there is an RV that is rented separately. The RV area is fully enclosed and operates independently from the main house’s backyard. RV guests parking space is in front of the left side gate. Similarly, to the right of the house is a converted garage guest suite. This area is also fully enclosed and separate from the main house’s backyard, providing privacy with its own entrance. Guests staying here have a designated parking spot in front of the right side gate. We've made sure there's ample parking for everyone while maintaining privacy and convenience for all our guests. Recommended only if you have plenty of time and a very tight budget. · Walking & Bicycles: Perfect for enjoying the quiet streets of Palmetto Estates. Great for evening strolls or quick trips to local shops, but not suitable for longer distances. · Local Tip (Hybrid Approach): Combine using a car for long excursions (beaches, Everglades) with Uber for nights out. This optimizes time and money while avoiding parking stress. · GPS is Essential: Always use Google Maps or Waze. Traffic during rush hours (7-9 AM & 4-7 PM) is heavy, and these apps will help you avoid congestion. Please be advised, an outdoor Video Ring Doorbell is installed in the property outside the main entrance. If you're unsure about the setup for 10 people, here is the layout we suggest for the rental. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, that fits 2 people comfortably, maybe 3. Bedroom 2 has a full size daybed, and a pull out bed with a twin size mattress, this room fits 3 people. Bedroom 3 has a full over full bunk bed with an additional twin size pull out bed, that can fit 5 people. Bunk beds are sturdy solid wood. We also have an additional air mattress queen size. Hopefully we will be able to accommodate your needs. Is your group composed mostly of adults or would there be small children?
