The living room provides a relaxing space with a new smart flat-screen TV, a chimney, comfortable sofa and side chairs, and the sofa conveniently transforms into a sofa bed. Both the living room and bedrooms come equipped with curtains for privacy, with blackout curtains in the bedrooms and privacy/shade curtains in the living room. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, ample closet space, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The second bedroom includes a full-sized bunk bed and an electric desk that can also be used as a standing desk, perfect for working from home. Stay connected with excellent Wi-Fi coverage and high-speed internet throughout the property. For added comfort, the home features a smart Nest thermostat. Outdoors, enjoy the grill, outdoor dining table, jacuzzi, lounge chairs, and a spacious backyard with a well-maintained lawn. Guests will have access to the entire property. Entry is simple and secure, thanks to an electric lock that operates via a code. The property includes a spacious driveway, allowing guests to park with ease and walk directly up to the house.
