Great spot for one night stopovers in Miami international airport which is about 12 min away. Newly renovated kitchen and master bedroom and pool. Everything cleaned professionally. Ravenville is a cozy home, in the desirable bird section of Miami Springs. The houses’ architectural structure is typical of the neighborhood with a slanted roof and sun lights high on the ceiling. Recently renovated kitchen, master suite and living room. See the red door, and pull up to your own 2 car driveway. Walk up to the house and use your code to open the smart lock and step into the foyer. Set down your belongings, let’s take a tour of your temporary home! A door in the foyer leads to a converted garage acting as the bonus room/work area. Your renovated kitchen, living and dining area are in an open layout just beyond the foyer with a glimpse of the pool from the French doors leading to the patio area. Ravenville has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a bonus room. Once you’re in the living room on the left is a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms with the shared bathroom. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, closet and TV. The second smaller room with a sofa queen bed has a second door, connecting to the master suite. The full bath and linen closet and rooms branch off from this hallway. Beyond the living on the left is a galley kitchen with a large island and cook stove with induction cooktop. In line with the kitchen on the right is the dining area, with French doors leading to the patio and pool area. Beyond the kitchen tucked in the corner on the left is the second of 2 doorways to the master suite. The master suite, features a king bed and personal bathroom with double sinks and double shower heads!! A chair and small table sit in the corner, opposite that is the walk in closet and dresser table and mirror. There are also a set of French doors leading the patio and pool areas. Very central to many popular neighborhoods. Just under 15 minutes from Miami international airport. 15 min from Doral, 15 min from midtown and many more. Miami Springs houses are mostly detached single family estates, one of the first planned communities in Florida. The area is a designated bird sanctuary with many varieties, hence bird named streets. It’s a very quiet neighborhood nestled in the heart of Miami’s most popular areas. Wynwood, art district, Doral, Midtown, and more.
