The kitchen has also been remodeled and you will have access to it (just keep it clean please.) Very nice patio with a hammock for you to enjoy at your'e leisure. Only 30 minutes from the Miami International Airport (MIA) (17.6 miles), and 45 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) (45.3 miles.) Less than 10 miles from the beach, close to Publix, shopping, gyms, and restaurants. It is also close to Miami Dade College (MDC), Baptist Hospital, Turnpike, 874, Jackson South Hospital, and Kendall Regional Hospital. 30 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the zoo... Light breakfast (self yourself) Easy check-in and check-out with a smart lock. (There are no pets in the house) Owner live in this house and occupy the master room. Guest can use the Kitchen, Living room, Patio, Laundry . May use the bluetooth system inside the house and the music system in the patio. Private bathroom is not garante unless you rent both rooms.
