Newly renovated, our fully furnished property will make your stay as convenient as can be. You will find kitchen appliances, pots, cups, glasses. Washer and dryer tower, toiletries, linens and towels are also provided. Located in a very walkable neighborhood, close to multiple supermarkets and only steps from the train station, the location is perfect to enjoy South Florida. Our dedicated team is there to ensure a worry-free stay. Book now to stay with us! The house is a duplex, with the bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor, and the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. There is a little private side alley with a bistro style table setup that can be accessed via the door in the back of the kitchen. The front door to enter the apartment is directly infront of the driveway. Only 1 space is allowed per reservation. The other is for the apartment in back. we ask that you please be respectful and not take both parking spaces if you have more than one car. The street parking is free. We are a small team working every day but Saturdays. The best way to reach out to us is via Airbnb messaging. Please do not park more than one car in the 2 available driveways as per the listing descripción stating only one parking space per reservation as the other is for the apartment in back. If you have a 2nd car we kindly ask you park on the street, which is free as well. DO NOT PARK IN or block NIEGHBORS PARKING SPACES AS YOUR CAR MAY BE TOWED! :o
