Private room nearby Miami International Airport. Our home is near Mall of the Americas, Miami International Airport, Downtown, MACC (Convention Center) and Beach. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This room offers a private entrance with a parking space and also a sitting area for smokers. Our place is a studio adjacent to our home but does have a private entrance. We stay out of your way so you can enjoy your stay. NO SMOKING is allowed inside room. The room is modest, but is cozy and comfy for two people. The studio room has a private bathroom, fridge, microwave and its own A/C Unit. Our room is perfect for business travelers, with a desk and chair but more importantly a coffee maker to get you started. This is a gated home where you and your belongings are safe! We are always available for questions through text or phone. It is a safe neighborhood, great for early morning runs. There is also a park 5 minutes away walking distance. They have basketball courts, football field and baseball field. Publix Supermarket and Walmart Neighborhood Market are nearby. The place will offer free parking for guests, but there is a bus stop right down the street(3 minute walk) The MIA airport is approx. 10 minutes away. Very central location in the center of Miami. This is a comfy space for a couple or a single traveler. The bed is a queen size. In the room you'll find a flat screen TV with local channels, microwave, refrigerator,coffee maker, WiFi access, towels, bed sheets, complimentary shampoo/conditioner and soap.The room also has a hair blower and an iron for clothes. Please be mindful that my space does not have a WINDOW but has an outside area for sitting that is also fine if you're a smoker.NO SMOKING is allowed inside the room. ****Early Check-ins are only available upon request and may acquire a $20 early check-in fee.
