Here you have the best of both worlds tranquility and privacy if you need it yet minutes away from anything worth doing in Miami. KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). OUTDOOR SPACE: The outdoor focal point is the pool and an outdoor patio featuring a propane BBQ and hot tub. Disclaimer: the pool is outdoors some foliage in the pool is unavoidable. Thank you for your understanding. This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $300 penalty will be charged for any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) inside the unit. This property is situated in a high-vegetation area. Minor natural debris such as leaves, pollen, and small branches is to be expected and is not considered a cleanliness issue. This property features an outdoor pool. Minor debris such as leaves or insects may occasionally be present and is a normal occurrence with outdoor pools. The jacuzzi is maintained within a safe operating range of 96°F–104°F. While covered, temperature retention is improved; however, actual water temperature may vary based on usage, weather conditions, and time of day. We do not guarantee the water temperature will consistently remain at 104°F.
