Very close to the Cruise Terminal - 10 to 15 Minute Drive. • A tasteful decoration to make you feel at home. • Two bedrooms plus large den with two queen, two double, and two single beds. Accommodates 10 guests maximum. • Fully equipped kitchen. • In-unit washer and dryer, plus laundry center in the 14th floor of the building. • Two private balconies. • Building with pools, hot tub, sauna, game room, GYM, 24hour front desk, valet parking (valet parking rates apply). • One (1) parking space included in the rental. Observing check-in/check-out times is essential to allow the host enough time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests. • The main guest must be 21 or older, needs to provide copy of their U.S. picture IDs or passports prior to their arrival/check-in date (3 days prior at least), email address, and the names of all companions. - We will provide two sets of Keys. It is possible to authorize or enable the use of an electronic Key for the unit. The Building can also enable an e-FOB key for use at all common areas, but there is a $10 activation fee for each user. PARKING: PARKING FOR ONE CAR IS INCLUDED. OVERSIZED OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE PARKING GARAGE. An SUV or MiniVan can be parked provided is not higher than 6'9". Parking space is on the 5th level and turns are tight, so drivers should exercise caution and skills to access and depart from the parking garage. Please remember that there is a height restriction for this parking garage. Vehicles exceeding 2.06 m in height will not fit. For example, passenger vans such as the Ford Transit, Chevrolet Express, Mercedes Sprinter, or similar models cannot enter. Minivans such as the Chrysler Pacifica, Toyota Sienna, Honda Odyssey, or Kia Carnival do fit. Large SUVs such as the Chevrolet Tahoe, Suburban, Ford Expedition, or similar models also fit, but require good driving skills to maneuver within the parking garage. If you plan to use a second vehicle, you will need to use another parking lot in the neighborhood or the Valet Parking Service offered by the building and, of course, cover those extra costs. As your host, I will make all possible efforts to post helpful information to prepare for your vacation and stay in this apartment. In addition, I am available on the phone, by text and email to respond any question. Although we strive to offer the best service possible and foresee problems that could occur, this is private rental unit, so responding to any request for support, service, or to an emergency might take time and your patience is highly appreciated. Our Guests will be required a photo ID, address, names of companions that our condo association requires before the arrival. Please send copy of the Picture ID or passport, the email address, and name of all adult companions, at least 3 days prior to your arrival.
