When You Walk In... Step through the front door and you’ll find the main living room to the left — big comfy couch, extra blankets, large smart TV, and an adjacent formal dining area. On the right is the second living room with a sofa bed, smart TV, dining table for meals or board games (games included!), a desk with work chair, monitor, printer, and a full-size washer & dryer. The kitchen sits in the middle, connecting both living rooms so everyone can gather easily. We’ve got a gas stove- perfect for chefs! AC Sunroom: Through a set of doors from the second living room, you’ll find the Florida-inspired AC sunroom — completely enclosed to keep the mosquitos out and cooled with its own AC unit. It’s designed for relaxing any time of day with: A bar and mini fridge Smart TV Three comfy couches Yoga area A cozy reading nook with a small table facing the lake Fishing gear ready to go From here, step out to the patio where you’ll find the BBQ grill and outdoor seating to enjoy lakeside views. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Master suite: king bed, sofa bed, walk-in closet, large en suite bathroom, lake view window, and double doors leading to the AC sunroom. Double room: two full-size beds and its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms with queen or full-size beds, each with a smart TV and closet. Four full bathrooms stocked with plush towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. They’ll be ready to enjoy starting August 24, 2025. Until then, relax in the beautiful backyard just as pictured, with sun loungers and serene lake views. You’ll have access to the entire property — inside and out — so you can enjoy every bit of this lakefront getaway. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, the AC sunroom, game & fitness room, patios, SwimSpa, and backyard. Completely privately yours for your stay! The only spaces off-limits are: - The boat on the property (sorry- insurance made us lock it up) - Three locked closets with cleaning and maintenance supplies Everything else is all yours to make yourself at home! We want your stay to be as easy and comfortable as possible. You can always reach us through the booking platform for questions, recommendations, or anything you might need. For urgent matters during your stay, we’ll also share our cell numbers after booking so you can call us anytime. For those flying in, Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 20-25 minute drive, while Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is about 30-35 minutes away. Parking is plentiful with a circular driveway that offers convenient space for multiple vehicles (up to 4). Please note that street parking is not permitted, RV's and Trailers are not allowed and all vehicles must remain on the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. While public transportation options are available in the area, a car is generally recommended for getting around Miami Lakes and exploring the wider region. Major attractions like Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Hard Rock Stadium and the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino are also within a short drive, making this location ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. We’ve put a lot of love into making this home ready for you, so settle in, relax, and treat it like your own. You’ll find plenty of little extras to make your stay easier. Best of all?
