Your side is private, it has two bedrooms, beds are trundle-style, a kitchenette andvbathroom. Provided: an electric double burner, air fryer and microwave. No oven. You have your own private covered patio and one designated parking spot. Centrally located, 5 mins from MIA International. Walking distance from Freedom Park. The location of the home is in a quiet neighborhood, near the airport and downtown Miami. You are walking distance from Freedom Park , where they host FIFA world cup. The home is surrounded by lush landscaping and art. Enjoy evenings with the sounds of birds and windchimes. Indoors, feel cozy and relaxing. The two bedrooms are opposite of each other, offering with more privacy. Bathroom and a kitchenette. A private patio for your enjoyment. The space is comfortable for up to 4 guests. The Airbnb entrance is directly to the left of main entrance. If you have a vehicle, your parking spot is directly in the front, to the edge of the black asphalt. Please make sure to not blocks the neighbor's driveway. You have your own well lit patio right outside your doorstep. Smoking is only outdoors, just please sure use ashtrays. There is access to the shared seating area in the front yard. Please don't forget to bring a little mosquito repellent and some sunblock 😎, to make sure to make the most all of your outdoor fun! It is generally very quite. The streets are very clean and very well lit at night. Typical days you see families walking around with their children or pets. It is a centrally located residential neighborhood where I have always felt safe to walk around, no matter what time of day or night. Great for a morning walk or an evening run. At a walks distance you will find Farm Stores, a small walk thru convenience store that has many of the things that you may need on the run, when you're headed to the beach!!! Snacks , ice, ice cream, including freshly squeezed orange juice!!! 😁. You have many to choose from at a walking distance, local cafes, markets, restaurants, bakeries. There is public transportation walking distance. Many markets and shops are walking distance away. The entrance to the Airbnb is directly the left of the main entrance. The back yard is solely for the use of the owner. Driveway is not to be blocked. There is one dedicated free parking spot. Please make sure not to block the neighbor's driveway.
