Small cozy Studio ( 140 sq. ft. ) with independent access, one parking space. Central A/C Fire Tv and High Speed WiFi are provided. Fore ONE person. Very central with good public transportation ( Routes 6,8,11, 37 and 51, as well as 2 free Trolleys) 10 restaurants at a short walk ( cuban, italian, argentinian, salvadorean, spanish, mexican). One Full size mattress with 2 inches memory foam, a table and a kitchenette with an undercounter fridge, MW, toaster-oven (no regular oven, no top range), coffee maker and utensils are offered. Bathroom is small but full of a 36"x36" shower. Central Air Conditioning is typically set at 74F degrees. Guest cannot adjust the setting from his/her side. He/she need to text the Host instead. The Studio is not available for Spring Breakers, Smokers (incl. marijuana) heavy drinkers and parties. High Speed Internet and Fire TV is offered. Heavy cooking, due to the common A/C is not allowed indoors. The space is perfect for a single person who comes to Miami on vacation to enjoy outdoors activities, the beaches and dining out. It is not available for persons on post-surgery and procedures stay. If a guest comes for work from home study and /or shopping in Miami, which requires plenty of space and surfaces, maybe this is not the right place. Boxes need to be placed (cut and minimized) in the blue recycling containers. We typically welcome the guest, but if coming at not regular hours, they could self-check-in. We Provide instructions. We are able to interact with guests at any regular time. The Studio is part of our house, but completely independent. Guests can contact us via email, phone or personally. Safe and central neighborhood with access to different restaurants, supermarket and public transportation. Just 15 minutes to Airport, Coral Gables, Little Havana, Brickell, Coconut Grove and Downtown. Guests can reach around 10 restaurants an a walking distance, a Publix supermarket and a CVS Pharmacy at 6 short blocks, 5 bus routes, and free trolleys (Coral Gables and Little Havana). Some issues to keep in mind before booking: FREE DRUGS and SMOKING PLACE Including vaping and marijuana. NO HEAVY COOKING INDOORS This is due to the Central Air Conditioning. We offer a Toaster, MW, Rice Maker and a Coffee Maker in the Kitchenette. NO PARTIES No loud music and conversations, basically after 11 pm. No visitors. NO PERSONS UNDER SURGERIES The place is not fit for them. ONLY ONE PARKING SPACE No parking is allowed on the public sidewalk. NO KIDS The place is not fit for them. NO BUSINESS IN THE PROPERTY Included real and/or on-line. ORDERING MEALS When ordering meals, please, give instructions about your place. We prefer for the Guest to ask the delivery person to call in advance to avoid ringing our bell and the House blue gate. TRASH and RECYCLING Green container at the front right side of the property is for trash in plastic bags. Blue container is only for recycling items. TV We offer FireTV control for regular channels. For paid Channels Guest must use their own Accounts. PETS Not allowed. KEYS for replacement of keys Guest should pay $15.00 LIGHTS, APPLIANCES Always turn off lights, and appliances when not in use. TOASTER/OVEN Do not leave it unattended. Do not place anything on top of it, including plastics and paper. TWO CATS are living in the property.
