No parties, No gatherings, No loud noises, No loud music, No confetti, No smoking indoors allowed. The home is strictly for the amount of guests in the reservation. It is a very quiet area and is just minutes from Coral Gables, Brickell and the beach. Only blocks away are public service parking Easy accessibility to Uber, malls, restaurants and more. A small, independent apartment is located in the side of the house , fully separate from the house with no shared spaces. Amenities and Services • Coffee machine • Laundry: Full access to the washer and dryer. • Kitchen: Fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and ample storage space. Please clean dishes and use the dishwasher properly. • Entertainment: TV in every room and high-speed Wi-Fi. • Non-Smoking: Smoking is only allowed outside. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the house. Parking Instructions • Driveway: Two spaces available on the right side of the driveway. • The space on the left Please Do not block or park in this space. • Street Parking: Available at the area in front of the house. We offer self-check-in and check-out for your convenience. Please note that we prefer to communicate via messaging through the app platform. We won’t be present at the property during your stay, but we’re always available to assist you through the app. Additional Rules Smoking: Outside only. Events: No parties or gatherings with more than 10 people. Pets: allowed with a fee Noise: o Terrace hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM. o Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (city ordinance). Violations will result in a $100 fine. Grill Use: Please Clean the grill after use Furniture: Do not move interior or exterior furniture. Security Cameras: Located only outside for security purposes Trash: • Green bin: Regular trash (Tuesdays and Fridays). • Blue bin: Recycling (Tuesdays). • Place bins at the sidewalk for collection and return them after pickup.
