A hot plate, pots and microwave is provided to accommodate your basic needs. Only 5 minutes walk to Burger King, 1.5 miles away from HardRock stadium (home of Superbowl LIV, Jazz In the Gardens, Miami Open), Walmart, Coffee Shops, and Smoke Shop, etc.. Whatever you want it is only a walking distance away. MI CASA ES SU CASA‼ Airport pickup also available. Close to all major highways, walking distance from stadium and restaurants ands shopping. Backyard, side gate leading to private entrance of the rented space. I give my guests privacy and space, but I am available when needed. My surrounding neighbors and I are close knit, we look out for each other. Me and the neighbors directly infront of me have all lived here over 25 yrs, so we take care of each other. The two neighbors on both sides of me new to the neighborhood but they are nice and will lend a helping help if you're in need. I live 1 block from main the street (Douglas rd) which gives you access to public transportation. Miami Gardens is a busy area so uber and Lyft is always close by.
