It is a family oriented neighborhood and home. Kids? They will love it. Plenty of parking in the house. Plenty of trees around as well. (No trailers allowed) Location: Home is in the middle: north / south and west/east of Miami-Dade area. You get palmetto, turnpike and 112 close to it. The property is 9000 sq feet. Plenty of yard, parking and terrace. The inside is petite. All is constructed in 800 sq feet. Central A/C in the home 24hrs. Kitchen is complete. Cook anything. Library, Studio or Game room is available that can become a third room. It has a Code door knob. You enter through the Terrace into the kitchen. The area is safe. We have two small cities in the neighborhood with their respective police departments driving around the street all times. All neighbors walk in our street and alleys. Kids run bikes and walk freely. No Trailers Allowed - this city does not allow any type of trailers, or campers. Code enforcement will request immediate removed from property/mia-sprng city area. No Pets Allowed - most guest prefer the property free of pets. No exceptions, in our out of the house. There are wild possums, raccoons, stray cats, and plenty prey of birds in Miami Springs. Any pet outside might get a friendly visit from any of these. So, pets outside is a no as well.
