Our Dedicated Team Conducts Pre-Stay Inspections to Ensure an Impeccable Experience for You Insect Precautions: While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, please be aware that Florida's sub-tropical climate can attract critters. To minimize this, kindly keep doors closed as a preventive measure Propane tank for grill will need to be replaced by guests at the moment they use it, if guests found it empty we will refund the refill of the tank, but guests need to take care of propane. Pets are allowed if disclosed and for an extra $100 per pet fee .
