For starters; this place is for the Hippie, relaxed, bohemian type. We fumigate after every stay so if you see a dead bug its because of that; I try my best but the building is old, please understand. THIS IS MY HOME AND I'M RENTING IT OUT. This is NOT A HOTEL. 420 Friendly, but NO CIGARETTES, BLACK & MILDS OR CIGARS SMOKED INSIDE. Added Disclaimer: They are currently doing construction on the building so we have an alternate location in Miami Beach off 14th and Euclid that you will be staying instead. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT IT IF THATS A PROBLEM BEFORE YOU BOOK. But youll be in Miami Beach not the location of the address because they are currently doing construction on that entire building. THE PLACE IS IN SOUTH BEACH MIAMI NOT ON THE VENETIAN in North Bay. You will NOT find a better deal on MIAMI BEACH, that gives you the entire place and 420 friendly with these reviews with a host that goes out of his way for guest like Vincent, so please be aware. REMEMBER THEY ARE DOING CONSTRUCTION ON THE ADDRESS SHOWN SO YOU'LL BE STAYONG IN MIAMI BEACH. The place is 4 blocks from Ocean Dr and 3 blocks from the mall in a QUIET residential area. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF THE FURNITURE FROM INSIDE THE PLACE OUTSIDE. If furniture is taken outside and stolen or damaged it is a $500 fine. If you break any furniture there is a $500 fine. We have access to pedal bikes you can rent daily while you are here. You are on an island here in South Beach so having a bike to ride around with a lock helps you enjoy your time. while being here. 15 minutes from the Ports ( for Cruises) and 15 minutes from Miami Heat Arena. The place is super laid back in a quiet area of South Beach, Miami. You can have a great time; just be considerate of my neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO SHOES WORN INSIDE. You can bring them inside and sit them on Ted (Teddy Bear). Just to add some extra understanding; this is NOT A HIGH CLASS HOTEL, this is in a older building so NO it won't be dirty, but please don't come looking for perfection. I will go out of my way to make sure your stay is excellent, but I needed to express that. We have a concierge service that gives you access to a number of things here in Miami Beach. The extra service does come with a small fee, but you have access to Jetski's Private Yachts Restaurant Bookings Parasailing Tables and Bottle Service (clubs) Lounges Dive Bars I also offer Yoga sessions if you're interested while on your vacation. If you check in after 5pm there is a late fee of $50 and if you check in after 8pm then its $75 and 11pm its $100 anything after 12am is $150 LATE FEE; Unless you let me know that you are coming later when you book. If you book after 3 pm, I need at least an HOUR to prepare the place for your arrival. You have until 6 pm, and then a $75 late fee will be charged. If you book after 6 pm, you have till 9 pm, then you'll be charged $100 late fee. If you lose the key, there is a $500 fee that has to be paid to replace it. If you lock the key inside the place, it's $200 for me to come and open the door for you, and you MUST show me that the key is inside before I leave. The building is old so we have a dehumidifier to stop mold and we fumigate after every guests so if you see deadbugs or pest its because we are constantly making the effort to rid the place of any outside problems. The place is in SOUTH BEACH MIAMI, not on Venetian. Because they are currently doing construction so we are giving guests the option to move here at the Miami Beach location or you can cancel when you bolk and receive a FULL REFUND once this aspect is explained to you. You are close to EVERYTHING. I'll also give you a number of things to do when I meet you. I can allow you to park on the street (Residential Area), but there is a small fee (we work with your budget) for that. I do my BEST, as you can see from the reviews, to make sure my guests are happy and well taken care of.
