This high-end marble is a rare and premium feature, adding sophistication and character to the home. The kitchen is equipped for preparing simple meals, snacks, and drinks during your stay. Please note that the kitchen does not include an oven. The adjacent dining area offers a comfortable space to enjoy meals together before heading out to explore Miami. Bedroom 2 | Twin Murphy Bed & Workspace: The second bedroom features a twin Murphy bed that is neatly stored inside a cabinet and can be easily pulled down for sleeping or lifted back up to create more open space. Bedroom 3 | Queen Bunk Bed: The third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed, offering comfortable sleeping space on both the upper and lower levels. Please note that the pool is not heated by default and we need to know at least 24-48 hours prior to use it. Parking Area: The property offers convenient parking space for guests in the driveway for up to 1 vehicle and 2 other vehicles in the street area, making your arrival and stay easier, especially for those traveling by car or exploring Miami and nearby areas. Access to the Entire Villa When you stay with us, you'll have entire access to the entire villa – it’s all yours to enjoy! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a family BBQ under the stars, you can feel completely at home. On the day of your arrival, we will send you the door code for easy self-check-in. The home offers easy access to Little Havana, Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, and Miami Beach. Guests can enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, cultural spots, and entertainment while still having a comfortable private home to return to after exploring the city. This location is ideal for guests traveling by car or using rideshare services like Uber and Lyft. Miami International Airport is just a short drive away, and major roads nearby make it easy to reach popular areas such as Little Havana, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Wynwood, Coconut Grove, and Miami Beach. Parking is available at the property, giving guests added convenience during their stay. CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the apartment is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-checkout: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the driveway area up to 1 vehicle and 2 in the street. EXTERIOR GATE: For security reasons, always close the exterior sliding garage door after entering or exiting the property. LAUNDRY: Laundry area is at the backyard. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the gas and clean it once you use it. ADJACENT UNIT: Please note there is an adjacent unit with private parking for each unit. The property is completely private.
