This is a unique space for its gorgeous and amazing 47th-floor views: the river, and the sea with wonderful views of the sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the dusk and luxurious architectural buildings !. Fully equipped kitchen with Italian cabinets, HD Smart LED TVs in the master room plus extra TV in the living room, 200+ channels, HBO & Showtime, connected to the internet to watch your Netflix. Also, the spa & gym are included. The luxurious Icon Brickell resort in Miami was designed by Philippe Starck, featuring a 28,000-square-foot spa, and fitness center, wet and dry saunas, poolside bar and fireplace, and life-size chess set. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark, a small park, and the Miami River surround it. Also Business Center at W Hotel is available. Guest passes to the Spa are included complimentary with your rental! Our guests can use the access cards, unlimited for the duration of their stay.; also the gym is free of charge. Amenity card will be provided by the building, 2 per room according to our building administration amenities policy. 2. Our Deluxe Swimming Pool (the biggest one in town), completed renovated with 14 million dollars of investment, was re-opened on December 29th, 2018. It is open. 3. Five miles from Design Districts and Wynwood; 4. Seven miles from South Beach. Miami-Dade County's integrated public transportation system is an easy and affordable transportation option offering access to major business, shopping, entertainment, attractions and cultural centers. I will provide you all the information about the many local destinations you can discover on Metrobus, Metrorail, and Metromover. A. Popular destinations: American Airlines Arena, Bayside & Bayfront Park, Brickell, Coconut Grove-Cocowalk, Downtown Miami, Miami Beach / South Beach, Sun Life Stadium. B. Arts and Culture: Adrienne Arsht Center, Bass Museum, History Miami, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Miami Children’s Museum, Miami Museum of Science From August 2025 to mid 2026, the Pool will be closed Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend closures) due to building work. Construction noise is expected. Balconies will be closed late fall/winter and windows will be covered with protective film. The building administration has temporarily closed all balconies due to ongoing exterior work. This is a mandatory safety measure applicable to all units in the building implemented to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety. Indoor spa and gym remain fully open. Our current pricing already reflects this potential inconvenience. A- "Parking options": 1. I have a parking spot across the street that we rent from the building across the street and subrent it to our guests for their convenience. The cost is $40/24 hours. Please, contact me to check if it is available. 2. There is a valet parking in our building that costs $50 dollars/overnight and $11/hour during the day. 3. There are public parking garages 5-7 minutes walking distance from our building and the cost could vary from $45 to $70 dollars/24 hours. B- Five minutes walking from the Icon-Brickell building across the river on the way downtown, there is a Whole Foods Market if you plan to buy natural & organic grocery items to cook during your stay in my apartment.
