Miami Beach is only a 20mins drive away.
Best point of reference for the house is Dadeland Mall.
No parties or events of any kind are allowed. No music videos recording.
Please note we provide some complimentary items to get you started like paper towels and trash bags etc . If you need additional items during your stay there is Publix supermarket not far from the house for this items.
The house is equipped with security cameras monitoring only the exterior areas of the property, swimming pools, and common areas. These cameras are operational at all times and are solely intended for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and its guests.
We regularly treat the property to eliminate insects and vermin; however, Florida's subtropical climate may attract these critters. To minimize this issue, please keep doors closed as a preventive measure.
Additionally, ensure that the propane tank valve is closed and the BBQ pit is completely turned off after use to prevent any gas leaks or accidents.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
