Parking: valet only at the building entrance, paid directly to the building's valet service. Our team is available throughout your stay through the platform's messaging system, as well as via phone and email, to assist with any questions, requests, or issues. Most communication is handled remotely so guests can enjoy full privacy in the unit, but a local team member can meet on-site when needed. For day-to-day matters during the stay, please reach out to us directly rather than the SLS front desk, as the unit is privately managed. Response time depends on the nature of the request and the availability of our remote and local team. We do our best to respond as quickly as possible. ATTENTION — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Pre-arrival registration (mandatory): The building requires all guests to complete and sign two short documents before check-in: - Exhibit A (Registration Form): standard guest registration — full name, ID details, dates of stay, and contact information. - Exhibit B (Guest Acknowledgment): confirms the guest understands the unit is privately managed and not a hotel-operated room. Both forms are sent after booking. Sign and return them at least 24 hours before check-in. Without signed forms, the front desk cannot complete check-in until the documents are done. Any resulting delay is the guest's responsibility. Building fee: US$25 per night (plus tax), collected at the building's front desk at check-in — a building-wide fee, not part of the platform total. A valid credit card under the registered guest's name is required for this fee and incidentals. Parking: Valet only, paid to the building's valet service. Rates: up to 3 hours US$15, 3 to 12 hours US$30, 12 to 24 hours US$50. Cleaning: Initial cleaning is included before arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleaning is available as a paid add-on and must be requested before check-in; it cannot be arranged once the stay has started.
