Location, location, location. This very cozy and private guesthouse, is located in the heart of Miami, in a very quiet, and safe neighborhood. An easy walk to coral gables, Calle Ocho, and public transportation. And driving minutes away from Coconut Grove and the airport. 15–20 min. Drive to Brickell, Wynwood, downtown, and the beach. Short walk to grocery shopping, pharmacies, and retail stores. You will walk in to the kitchen and sitting area the full bathroom it’s in the hallway that separates the kitchen and dining area from the bedroom, which includes a very spacious closet. All windows are in working condition for fresh air to ventilate.
