Welcome to The Grand, a waterfront oasis located in the heart of Downtown Miami on the lovely Biscayne Bay. Our two bedroom totally renovated and top of the line “Bayview Bliss” has all you will need for a complete retreat! Want jaw dropping water views of Biscayne Bay from every room? You got it! A private balcony the width of your condo? You got it! Plus walking distance to some of Miami's top restaurants and entertainment venues! Bayview Bliss is situated on the 15th floor of The Grand, offering a stunning east-facing location. With over 1500 square feet of space, this luxurious unit features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Guests can indulge in breathtaking water views of Biscayne Bay from every room and the balcony. The view is gorgeous night and day…during the day look down on the Marina and watch the manatees swimming below, the boats going by…at night enjoy the Miami Beach skyline! The maximum occupancy for this unit is four adults and two children, with the children being 15 years of age or younger. The kitchen and dining area is seamlessly integrated into the open concept design. Guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views from the kitchen, dining and living room thanks to the expansive sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. Furnished with comfort in mind, the balcony provides awe-inspiring vistas that mesmerize guests throughout the day and night, making it the ideal spot for relaxation and unwinding. Enjoy coffee and breakfast, or cocktails and dinner on the balcony…the views are unbeatable. The living room has a full size pull out sofa bed. Additionally, there is a large smart streaming TV, complete with Youtube TV and Netflix, and a wide range of free TV show and movie apps. Conveniently located next to the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find a washer/dryer setup, making it incredibly convenient to keep up with your laundry during your stay. The master bedroom in this condo is large and spacious with sliding doors to the balcony and an amazing view. It features a queen-size bed, a convenient desk for work purposes, a large dresser, and 2 large walk-in closets. Adjacent to the closets, there is a vanity area with a large mirror and cushioned stool for perfecting your appearance. The master bathroom itself evokes a spa-like atmosphere, boasting a generously-sized walk-in shower and a separate bathtub. The second bedroom, positioned across from the second full bathroom, features a full-sized bed, a desk for work purposes, ample storage space with closets, sliding doors to the balcony and more spectacular water views. Rest assured, Bayview Bliss does not disappoint in delivering an outstanding experience. -You have full private access to Bayview Bliss which is located on the 15th floor facing east to Biscayne Bay. -You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm -You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm -You have full access to the Lobby, which includes a variety of excellent dining options, boutique shopping, beauty salon, convenience stores, and a wellness spa. Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, savory Chinese food at Tanka’s, Starbucks coffee and snacks, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay. There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building. I will be available on my cell phone at all times to answer any questions or resolve any issues. We are located in Edgewater which is a waterfront neighborhood just north of Brickell, and also walking distance to Wynwood and the Design District. We are also right near the Venetian Causeway which takes you directly to Miami Beach-- only 3 miles away. We are also walking distance to the Adrienne Arts Center, the Perez Art Museum, the Science Museum, and the American Airlines arena where the Heat play. We are right next to a beautiful park with tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball courts, and open lawns. There are amazing restaurants to choose from -- either right in our building, walking distance, or just a 5 minute drive. BUILDING RULES: We know it's so NOT fun to read a bunch of rules when planning your vacation! However, our building DOES have rules, and YES, we ALL need to follow them. Again, we know, so NOT fun! Please read through them, and yes, we will need you to confirm with us after booking that you agree to them. - VISITORS OF REGISTERED GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED UP TO RESIDENTIAL CONDOS FOR BOOKINGS LESS THEN 30 NIGHT BOOKINGS. Simply, you can't bring anyone up to the condo during your stay for any length of time. Only the actual registered guests within your booking are permitted up to the condo. The Grand has a No Visitors policy and this can not be amended. So, if you plan to have extra visitors over during your stay, .. our building may not be a good fit for you, and it's best to know this in advance. On a positive note, The Grand is very safe and secure, and that's a GOOD thing! - THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 4 ADULTS plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger) - we can not amend that occupancy number, .. not before arrival or during your stay. It will break our hearts to disappoint you, so please do not ask! Anyone 16 years of age and older is considered an adult by our building. If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. -Yes, Guests that have booked a month or longer are permitted to have visitors. Visitors must be kept at a minimum at all times. Overnight visitors are not permitted for any length of booking. - Miami is a lively city that never sleeps, so go out and enjoy the loud music and partying! But do not bring it home with you, because loud music and parties are just not tolerated in our building! Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment. - We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense), but we are not liable for them. Our maids and team members will be grateful not to be hunting down forgotten items left by you in our 85+ condos ; ) - No third party bookings unless disclosed and agreed to by owners. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others. - Though we do not personally judge smokers, there is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. There is just no nice way to state this .. so here is the reality, if smoking is detected, you will face eviction and forfeit deposit. - We will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay. - Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals. - Must be 21+ to book with us, so please check your ID prior to booking to make sure your 21 or older, not after booking! This alleviates a ton of time cancelling a booking on both ends. - All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. The hand-scan can only be done Monday through Friday from 8 am to 7 pm. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day. PACKAGES: Apologies, but our building policy doesn't allow nightly guests to receive packages. Due to the large number of condos, packages are delivered to a central mail room and scanned by attendants, causing delays of up to a day or two. Additionally, the package room is closed on weekends. AFTER BOOKING: (nightly stays) 1. You will need to send a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend. 2. My apologies for the inconvenience, but the building administration requires that you fill out a lease application form. I will email you the form in PDF. You will need to print and fill out and sign the form, and then scan and email back to me. It needs to be approved by the building so this needs to be done as soon as possible after booking. 2. We have one parking space in the parking garage for your use. If you wish to use it you will need to pay $50 to the building at check-in-- they will then give you a decal for your car to allow access in and out of the garage. The decal is valid for your entire stay. If you have more than one car, valet is the only available option. - Please be aware that the parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options.
