Conveniently located near Aventura, major highways, shopping, and South Florida's best attractions, it's the perfect home base for both vacations and business trips. The home features 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another with two single beds—comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. There are two separate living areas: one perfect for relaxing and watching TV, and another ideal for spending quality time with friends and family. The house offers plenty of open space and natural light throughout. The spacious backyard is a great spot to unwind while the kids play. Enjoy the shade of a beautiful mango tree—and if you're here in June, help yourself to some fresh mangoes! The whole house is accessible for the guests. The storage shed in the backyard is the only space that is off limits, there is nothing interesting in there anyways. As the owners, we reserve the right to access the backyard when needed. The landscapers come every two weeks to mow the grass and upkeep the yard (front and back) - they do not have a schedule and can come anytime to do the yard work. Everything else is free to use. Whatever you find in the fridge or pantry is yours to consume during your stay. We want you to be happy and comfortable! We live about 5 minutes away and are available for anything you might need. The house is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. But also super close to the Stadium, Aventura Mall, 15 minutes from Sunny Isles Beach, 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport and much more. We loved living there for several years and we raised our two kids there. The best way of getting around in Miami is via car or Uber/Lyft. The house is well loved and we want you to feel comfortable as well. Remember this is Florida and we have a subtropical climate which means we share our environment with bugs 🐜 🐛 🐞 🪳 We do our best to keep them out of the home - please help us by not leaving food out for these little creepy crawlers.
