Building entry is through the garage keypad or the gated side entrance with a key. Mailbox access is available for extended stays. The free Miami Beach Trolley stops at the corner (a 2-minute walk) and runs the length of the island, connecting to South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and South Pointe. Allison Park's playground has sun shades and a zipline, kids will be there for hours. The beach itself sits behind a wooden boardwalk through protected dunes, with an art deco lifeguard stand waiting at the end. The Miami Beach Boardwalk starts at Allison Park and runs continuously to South Pointe, past world-famous Lummus Park and Ocean Drive, without crossing a single street. Bike it, run it, or head out early with the dog before the beach crowds arrive.
