We have been living in this neighborhood for 5 years. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. There is rarely traffic around the area and easy access to highways and express ways. You will love that in the long run. Traffic in Miami can take you up to 2 hours. Miami is not a very walkable city. I would suggest for you to rent a car, however, the house is only 7 mins away from the metro station! Getting around by car from the house: 10 minutes (4.5miles) away from the Airport 10 minutes (4.5 miles) away from Downtown and Brickell 5 mins ( 1.8 miles) away from the Jackson Memorial Hospital 5 mins away from Wynwood or Design district 20 min (9.4 miles) from Miami Beach 20 minutes ( 10 miles ) away from the Dolphin Mall 20-25 minutes ( 15 miles ) from Aventura City 30 ( 25miles ) minutes away from Fort Lauderdale. Cooking utensils available for you to use. This is a studio with one queen bed and a sofa bed. For groups of 3 + you are more than welcome to use the sofa bed or the airmattress.
