The residence is 20min drive to either Miami International or Fort Lauderdale airports Our house is full of light, space and air - and is totally private. It's the perfect retreat yet only steps from Biscayne Boulevard and minutes to Bal Harbor Shops or Aventura Mall and 15-20 minutes to Miami Beach! A Whole Foods is just around the corner. A great central location! We welcome guests with children of any age and only ask that you inform us of the age of your kids - as we are parents ourselves - so we can appropriately prepare the house and the pool area as well as provide you with proper bedding for the kids' age. The entire property Since this is a private residence, we try our best to give out guests full privacy. We are always available through Airbnb Messenger or by phone, yet we live close enough that we can stop by in 10-20min if need be. This is a quiet, typical residential Miami - a neighborhood where most Miami residents would live. The house sits on a quiet residential street. Having a car is recommended to get around. However, Uber and Lyft are extremely affordable and very popular in Miami.
