Our Sunflower Inn is a perfect destination for your getaway in Miami! With close proximity to Miami International Airport, the Everglades, the Florida Keys and more, our space has all of your desired needs. Our townhouse features an open spacious natural living room and dining room area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and amenities such as a tennis court and pool readily available for your use! Come and enjoy our Sunflower Inn! **We are pet-friendly** Our townhouse is located in the Kendall area of Miami. Our guest will have full and complete access to the townhouse. At The Sunflower Inn, you can choose to unwind or take in all of the beautiful destinations South Florida has to offer. This space consists of a cabin rustic natural lit open concept living room/dining room area. We have a fully equipped kitchen readily available for your needs. The large master bedroom consists of a comfortable king-sized bed with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, also attached with its own bathroom. Both rooms have tons of closet space for your personal belongings. Additional amenities on our property include an onsite washer and dryer for your convenience, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to our associations pool, tennis court, and basketball court. We are also a pet-friendly rental. There are pet waste stations throughout the association property outside of the Sunflower Inn. Enjoy Access to a Beautiful Community Pool! Our guests have access to a gorgeous community pool—perfect for relaxing, cooling off after a day of exploring, or simply soaking up the sun. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, the pool area offers a peaceful and refreshing space for your enjoyment. Please note pool hours and community rules for a safe and pleasant experience. The location of our townhouse flourishes with great restaurants and stores you can checkout close by like Dadeland Mall and the Palms at Town & Country. With close proximity to locations like the airport, the Everglades, the Florida Keys, FIU Campus, and our South Florida beaches, our Sunflower Inn is the perfect destination for whatever your travel plans may consist of! Hi Our guests will have complete access to our townhouse. Instructions will be provided upon booking. Please note no smoking on the property is permitted. No parties/events are permitted. The townhouse also consists of a loft that is NOT available for use yet for the safety of our guests. The townhouse has (2) parking slots available in front of the property. Miami International airport (approximately 25 minutes driving) Everglades (approximately 45 minutes driving) FIU Campus (approximately 17 minutes driving) Key Largo (approximately 1 hour driving). **If the key fob for access to the pool and courts is lost or destroyed, there is a replacement fee of $300**
