Welcome to our newly renovated Miami home. We kept the classic 1970s architectural charm on the outside and completely updated the inside to give you a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay. Located right in the Coconut Grove area, you are in a great spot to explore the city while having a quiet, stylish base to return to. This is the front unit of a recently updated duplex. It features a bright, open-concept living and dining area with comfortable mid-century inspired decor and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and modern cabinetry. The bedroom offers a comfortable setup with a TV and layered window shades for light control. Outside, you have a private front entrance and a covered porch. Guests have full, private access to the entire front apartment. You will have a dedicated parking space right in front, just pull in as close to the hedge and aluminum fence as possible. Check-in is completely contact-free using the Yale smart lock on the front door. Please note that the locked closet next to the bedroom is reserved for owner storage, and the back unit of the property is a separate, private residence. We like to give our guests plenty of privacy, so check-in is completely self-service via the smart keypad. However, Sofia and I are always available. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, and we have long-term tenants living in the back unit of the property. To be respectful of them and our neighbors, we strictly enforce a no-party policy and ask that you keep noise levels down, especially after 10:00 PM. The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests. This is a small apartment at an affordable price in an expensive city, and we rely on guests being mindful of the space and the neighbors to keep it that way.
