Safe and quiet latin Neighborhood. Memory foam queen size bed. Great central AC & doble glazed windows makes apartment very quiet. Free covered and safe parking. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom to be shared with my husband and I (we keep to ourselves, you will barely see us!) It’s the perfect place for you to be in the heart of Miami spending the least possible! I mean if you come to Miami you’re going to want to be out and about all the time! The building is only 2 years old and the bed is brand new and super comfortable (promise you will have a good night sleep in a memory foam mattress ). Its just a 15 min walk to get to bus #100 that takes you to South Beach. Its quiet and safe. A clean spacious room to come and sleep and spend your time getting to know Miami! There are no amenities but theres a parking spot for 1 car and a washer and dryer in the building that works with quarters. Super markets are 2 blocks away and the famous Calle 8 is 12 blocks away. If you want beach chairs and cooler to go spend some time at the beach you just have to ask! Just make sure they come back 🤪. Message me if you want to borrow a bicycle to move around! Kitchen and living area are free to use. Even pots and pans if you want to cook You can receive packages if you need to. Promise to respond swiftly. It’s safe. Authentic latin neighborhood, a lot of locals live here because its so close to Downton and Brickell and prices are more reasonable, but its totally safe, not noisy and we have impact proof windows so its really quiet. You’ll even see roosters walking down the street! Train station is walking distance and free trolley service too. But you can walk to Bayside, Downtown and Brickell. Bus #100 will take you to South Beach, you can take that in Downtown which is a 15 min walk. Cruise port is 15 min drive (obviously at some times because of peak hour or accidents or road work sometimes things like Art Basel week it can way more than that) Airport is 15 min drive and can cost about $18 with uber except if arrival is between 8 or 9am rush hour or between 4 and 6pm departure, these times are rush hours so it will take longer and be more expensive, ive heard it can be $40 at these times and take 30min. Shower hot and cold tap is reversed ! So blue is hot and red is cold! You can use all shower products in the bathroom. We can provide beach towels, chairs and cooler! Being 3 months of hosting in my apartment and listening to all my guests, with all 5 star reviews what I can say is that my place is guaranteed to be very clean, friendly and quiet. A good night sleep is guaranteed. Obviously the closeness to Brickell, Calle 8, Downton, Brickell, airport and cruise ships is unbeatable. People choose this room because of these things and feel welcome and comfortable even being a shared apartment because my husband and I are cool people 😅😉
